What are the common container structures?
Different containers usually have different shapes and structures due to different uses. Let's take a look at the common container structures. The common dry box structure is often used to transport common cargo and is the most common type of container.
  • Flat Rack Containers
The sides can be folded, which can accommodate oversized and overweight cargo or machinery, etc.
  • Open Top Container
The top can be opened, allowing cargo to be loaded from the top of the container, mainly for placing oversized cargo
  • Tunnel Container
Doors open at both ends for easy loading and unloading of items in the box
  • Side Opening Container
Containers with open sides for easy loading and unloading
  • Tank
The type of container used to transport liquid materials. Most of these containers are made of anti-corrosion materials
  • Half Height Containers| Cutting Skip
The size is half the size of a normal dry container. Mainly used for coal, stone and other goods that need to be easily loaded and unloaded.
TYPES OF SPECIAL CONTAINERS

  • Reefer Container| Refrigerated Container
Containers with refrigerated and fresh-keeping functions for transporting or preserving food, medicines and other items.
  • Positive Pressure Container
The pressure inside the container is greater than the pressure outside, which can be used in hazardous area/safe area
  • Negative Pressure Container
The pressure inside the container is less than the pressure outside, which can be used in areas where the environment inside the container is not safe,but the outside environment is safe
  • Energy Storage System (ESS)
An energy storage system, often referred to as an ESS, is a device or group of devices assembled together that can store energy to provide electricity at a later time. Battery ESS is the most common type of new installation
  • Lab Container/Workshop Container
A movable office container that can be used in dangerous or safe areas, when the external environment is complex, the internal working environment can be guaranteed to be safe, stable and comfortable
  • Accommodation Container
A container for personnel accommodation that is easy to transport and move
  • Temporary shelter| Temporary refuge shelter (TR)
In case of external explosions, fire, gas leakage and other dangerous situations, the shelter can provide a safe and reliable refuge for refugees.
  • Sewage Treatment Container
Integrated container sewage treatment system, treated sewage can meet the corresponding standards according to customer demand.​

CPFG is divided into three working modes: manual mode, bypass mode and automatic mode. Turn the mode selector switch to the corresponding mode, at the same time, HMI face change will switch to the corresponding mode. The operation instructions of each mode are as follows:
 
Manual mode: only for emergency use, only the HMI "STOP" button/ESD signal/Cut-off signal can stop the output of safety power supply.
Bypass mode: Only can be used in safe area, make sure no dangerous gas and fire alarm start the safety power supply.
Auto mode: Can be used for normal use in dangerous area.
