Safe, Durable and Comfortable

TLS accommodation modules are engineered for demanding marine environments. Depending on the project specification, units can be designed in accordance with applicable DNV 2.7-1, EN 12079, ABS, SOLAS and fire-protection requirements.

Available features include A60 fire-rated insulation, HVAC systems, fire and gas detection, alarm systems, emergency lighting and durable internal finishes.


Flexible Living and Working Spaces

Modules can be configured as accommodation cabins, offices, meeting rooms, galley and mess facilities, sanitary units or workshops. Interior options include lockers, en-suite shower rooms, air-conditioning, integrated storage and fit-for-purpose fixtures.

The result is a practical, comfortable and productive environment for offshore personnel.


Efficient Transport and Installation

Our modules are designed for efficient transport, installation and integration. Options can include twist-lock connections, deck-mounting pads, linking kits and pre-installed electrical, HVAC, fire and gas systems.

TLS provides support from customised engineering and manufacturing through testing, certification, delivery and commissioning.

Services
  • Each Module has an Accessible Service Area Which Contains the Hot Water Heater, Transformer & General Electrical Equipment Which Can be Easily Serviced.
  • External Paint Specification
  • Each Module is Shot Blasted to SA 2.5 and DNV approved, 3 Coat Paint System Applied, Giving a Total of 250 Microns Paint Thickness. Modules Shall be Painted “RAL 9003 Signal White” As Standard, However Client Can Change Color & Add Company Markings Where Required.
Lifting
  • All modules, as well as being DNV certified, also have certified lifting eyes included in the design structure and each module is supplied with a certified sling. The units are designed for lifting on and off fixed platforms and other types of floating installations.
