How does the refrigerated container work?
The purpose of the reefer container is not to cool the product, but to maintain the temperature of the product. So instead of adding cool air, the refrigeration process removes heat from the air inside the container.
The reefer container distributes cold air from the floor through the T-deck.

Precautions for the use of reefer containers
- During the loading process of the refrigerated container, turn off the power supply and confirm that the refrigerator stops running;
- Pre-cooling of goods: Before loading, the dunnage and other cushioning materials used in the refrigerated container should be pre-cooled, and the goods should be pre-cooled to the temperature required for transportation. containers are designed with limited cooling capacity and can only be used to maintain the temperature of the cargo. If the temperature of the cargo is too high, the refrigeration system will be overloaded, causing the system to fail and affecting the transportation of the cargo.
- About pre-cooling of refrigerated containers: In general, pre-cooling of refrigerated containers is prohibited, because as soon as the door of the pre-cooled refrigerated container is opened, the outside hot air will enter and meet the cold air in the container, which will cause water vapor condensation, and water droplets will damage the outer packaging of the goods and Label, water droplets condensing on the evaporator surface affect the cooling capacity.
- Preparations before packing: According to different perishable goods, the following items should be confirmed: ideal temperature setting; fresh air ventilation setting; relative humidity setting; total transportation time; cargo volume; packaging materials and packaging dimensions used;
- Be sure to load the goods reasonably and the maximum load height should not exceed the red load line of the container. Otherwise, the cold air circulation inside the freezer will be affected, resulting in poor wind circulation and even failure of the freezer insulation effect.
- The cargo must be placed on the edge of the T-floor to ensure even air circulation throughout the container.

Reefer containers|refrigerated containers are used to transport or store goods that require temperature control. Fruit, vegetables, dairy products, meat and other products are typical goods transported or stored in such containers.
At first glance, reefer containers look similar to traditional shipping containers, but they have many different features.
At first glance, reefer containers look similar to traditional shipping containers, but they have many different features.
- At the front of the container, you can set the temperature, ventilation and humidity of the container through the control box.
- The grooves at the bottom of the container are called T-shaped decking, the air can circulate free underneath the cargo through them.
- For cleaning the container, we have drain plugs in each corner. These can be closed for frozen goods. Nothing can enter from the outside into the container.
- When loading goods, the height of the box should not exceed the maximum height set, certain space should be reserved for air circulation to ensure the thermal insulation effect of the cold air circulation in the container.
