1. SALES & MARKETING MANAGERS / EXECUTIVES (SINGAPORE, UAE, Myanmar, Algeria, UAE, China)
Location: Singapore, UAE, Myanmar, Algeria, UAE, China
Work type: Full time

Responsible for delivering sales revenue targets in region; planning  and managing sales and marketing initiatives targeting service companies, drilling companies, marine  companies,  oil & gas companies, etc  to  increase  pipeline  opportunities,  contribution  to  tenders  to provide a coordinated, best in class response to regional opportunities.

Will include as a minimum:
  • Planning and executing a sales development programme designed to deliver the financial expectation in terms of unit hire, third party maintenance and capital sales
  • Actively pursue all new  business opportunities in the region, monitoring new players,  competitors  and  customers,  ensuring  the  company  included  on  all relevant bid list and ensuring that relevant information and contacts are passed to the appropriate person
  • Become ‘the face’ of the company in the region and actively travel in the area, and others as may be required, to develop and actively building, developing and maintaining the customer relationships
  • Lead and coordinating with Office Manager in preparation and submission of sales quotations and bid documents ensuring these are completed in a timely and professional manner adhering  the  company  policies,  prices  and  terms  & conditions and also contribute to the development and planning of the annual budget, taking responsibility for delivering on the agreed number/ to achieve sales target as required by the Management
  • Proposing a Marketing plan to ensure the company is supported by an appropriate marketing campaign, in terms of direct marketing, PR, exhibition, events, etc and doing implementation of the agreed Marketing plan.
  • Provide support to Sales Director/ Head/ Country/ Area Manager or any duties which may be required for time to time
Requirements:
  • Candidate must  possess  at  least  a  Diploma,  Advanced/  Higher/  Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing/ Engineering
  • At least minimum 5 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Significant knowledge of offshore accommodation products and specification
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
  • Computer skills including the spreadsheet and word processing programs, and e- mail at a highly proficient level
  • Stress and Time management skills
  • Effective in verbal, listening communication, and decision making skills
  • An innovative team player who is revenue aggressive, dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active, mature with the determination to succeed in sales.

2. GRAPHIC DESIGNER (PART-TIME)
Location: Singapore
Work type: Part-time
  • Create designs, concepts and sample layout based on knowledge of layout principles and design concepts
  • Content writing
  • To prepares visual presentation by designing art and layouts
  • Upon confirmation, prepares finish copy and art by operating typesetting, printing and oter form of equipment
  • Prepares final layout by making and pasting up finished produced information
  • Must be able to balance work on several project at one time
  • Good team working skills
